Isn't it crazy that the year is already coming to an end again? In the blink of an eye it is the holiday season and given the shopping/eating/partying rush its going by, like always, in a flash.
The month of November is particularly special for me because it is my birthday month. Welcoming the last year of my 20's, I was lucky enough to have my share of birthday coffees, birthday dinners, birthday drinks and of course, not to be ever forgotten, birthday dancing all with much loved family and friends! Spoiled by them with lovely gifts as well, my favorite was an antique typewriter, which my brother gave me. It would have been a beauty as a home style statement piece in itself, but he also made sure it was in working order and even typed me a sweet birthday note as a test run.
Kicking off a drum roll of holiday parties, I attended a wreath making workshop at Anthropologie and enjoyed two events at West Elm Palo Alto where I partnered up with Amanda from Kuzak's Closet for some holiday decor projects. Sharing a love for old things and their stories, I am so happy to have met Amanda. I love her matter-of-fact humor and passion for big ideas thus I look forward to more blog collaborations with her in the coming year.
By the way, did you see Oliver's big blog come back? Sporting some serious winter swag can't wait for his New Year's bow tie and collar shoot.
