My time in New Orleans was quiet a blur and I was left longing for more days to explore all aspects of the wonderfully eclectic city. I was lucky enough though that since I was unable to go to Cafe Du Monde, Cafe Du Monde, famous beignets and all, came to me (at the track nevertheless!!!). Another delightful dessert destination, I stumbled upon, was Sucre. My eyes almost popped out of my head when I walked into the room full of gourmet macaroons. I toted back a few packs for the family and they loved them so much I might have to order some more, via the web, for the Holidays. As for my antiquing, that was left for much wanting. Thus this only means one thing, I must go back.  À bientôt NOLA!
