Exclusively in love with Exclusively In Indian Jewelry fashion

I acquired the most exquisite necklace at the Exclusively In west coast tour.

A big fan of statement jewelry I couldn't help myself from trying on several items from various collections till I found the perfect piece. The collection that caught my eye was TAD, an authentically Indian label by Ameesha Dalima. After holding hostage numerous necklaces for about an hour, I finally settled on a long tassel necklace. A tiny bit of bling and a pop of pink between black beads and white pearls, I particularly loved the tassel detail for it alluded to traditional Indian design without overpowering the modern feel of the piece.

This necklace will definitely be a timeless piece in my jewelry anthology.

My Super Sweet Superdry Tee

I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised this past week when I checked out Superdry. Not a big fan of graphic tees, I always hesitate when I consider purchasing one. One of my only exceptions for buying a tee is when I find one with a unique motorcycle inspired design. Hard to come by, you can imagine my excitement when I discovered that most Superdry tees are vintage motorbike chic.

Good quality t-shirts, at a reasonable price, I love the way Superdry tees fit. Tailored to a european style, the length falls just above the hip and it is not too tight or too loose. As for the design, although the Superdry name reads across their shirts, the quirky name blends in with their simple yet detailed motorcycle design concepts.

Mustard yellow with an old-school motorbike style feel, I love my super sweet Superdry tee.

A Something Blue Fashion Experiance

Although not planning on a wedding myself anytime soon, wedding fashion is a secret guilty pleasure of mine. On lazy Sundays I consistently catch myself flipping back and forth between Lifetime movies and bridal show marathons. I am particularly obsessed with Say Yes To The Dress. Indulging myself, I rsvp'ed to an intimate event, Something Blue, and found myself quiet taken back with a fab fashion show with ideas not just for the bride-to-be.

My favorite fashion show discovery was floral head couture by Signature Bloom. Using real flowers, Signature Bloom creates breath taking head pieces that I must find a reason to wear.

Wearing my Something Blue best, with my fab gold glitter pumps, I thoroughly enjoyed the event.

Kentucky Derby Style

A few friends and I dropped by the Black Cat Hats & Bags Boutique for a Kentucky Derby viewing party last weekend. I won't lie. I didn't attend to watch the horses race, I needed an excuse to wear a fabulous head piece!

Don't be afraid to try the over-the-top head couture look this summer. Use a head accessory as the statement piece for your outfit. Try a southern belle look, pairing a flower embellished, big brim floppy hat, with a simple sundress. For a more night time, haute-couture look, pull out a bold colored mini dress, using a head band with a large feather, ribbon and or netted accent for some flair.
