Polk-a-Dots and Parties

I always have known I am my mother's daughter in most every way. I celebrated her birthday wearing polk-a-dots for it just seemed appropriate given her love for classic prints. I like to think of my style being very much influenced by my mother. She consistently nudge me towards very conservative, A-line looks. As the years passed I took her lessons and found myself somewhere in between her polished taste and my quirky tendencies, loving bold colors and big jewelry, but always remembering fit and timeless details.
